Fathers Day was introduced originally in America to celebrate the fatherhood and honour fathers, and is usually always the third Sunday in June. We’ve been looking at what people normally buy their fathers for fathers day? Some of the usual gifts include chocolates, clothes, beer, brief case and so on, but put down that tie and forget the chocolates . Why not treat them to something more special this year? Why not let them put their feet up and give them a night away to relax and refresh and maybe play a round of golf. We have some amazing hotels with beautiful golf courses that would be the perfect fathers day present to give that extra special gift!
We have also been looking at some of the most extravagant Father’s day presents that most people can only dream of. The most extravagant was a trip to Scotland, but not your usual weekend break. This included:
A 5-day trip to Scotland complete with first-class air and helicopter transport; luxurious accommodation, including a stay at a private mansion; meals prepared by one of Scotland’s most acclaimed chefs; a round of golf at the famous St. Andrews Links; a bespoke kilt and family crest consultation; his own private butler during his stay; dinner at Inverrary Castle, home of the Duke of Argyle; a private blending session with Chivas Regal’s master blender; and five days of specialized whiskey tastings and when Dad and his guest return home, they will receive their custom kilts; and two bottles of Chivas Regal 25-year-old scotch whiskey, one of which will arrive in a special case designed by Viscount David Linley, son of Princess Margaret. All of this for a mere a mere $117,650!
Beyoncé reached a whole new level when she brought a Father’s Day gift for Jay-Z, buying a $40 million private jet. The new Bombardier Challenger 850 has in it, a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and not one but two bathrooms.
