If day-to-day life is a whirlwind of chaos, long hours at work and too little sleep, you’d be forgiven for wanting to do absolutely nothing when on holiday. So, if you’re on the hunt for warm, sunny climates, luxury hotels catering to your every whim, and beautiful surroundings, then let us help.
When us Britons go on holiday, it seems many leave their sense of adventure at home, with one in three holidaymakers admitting they rarely venture outside their hotel complex during their break. The desire to simply fly and flop rather than explore our surroundings is put down to Britons being too tired or too nervous to wander further than a stone’s throw from the comfort of the hotel. More than one quarter of those questioned for a poll on holiday trends said they would rather relax by the pool every day of their holiday, while nearly one in five admit to never leaving the complex. Rest emerged as the most important factor in a holiday ahead of sight-seeing, water sports and even sunshine, and a stressed out 40 per cent of workers said they use their annual holiday purely to re-charge their batteries.
We’ve relaxed as hard as anyone, and our favourite exclusive escapes are…
Portugal
Weather: Highs of 30 Degrees Celsius and 12 Hours of Sunshine

Fuerteventura

Spain is one of the top destinations this summer, but instead of planning on which destination you should visit in order to get the most out of your holiday why not just fly and flop instead? Fuerteventura’s holiday resorts are excellent for the all-inclusive category as meals are hardly repeated which is a common issue at hotels.
